Qualifications

• Ten (10) plus years directly related maintenance management experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance systems; ability to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team in 24/7 operating environment.
• Drive safety and CI; develop SOPs and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and maintenance policies.
• Forecast, develop, and manage the maintenance budget.
• Champion EAM utilization and coordinate with engineering for improvements.
• Oversee parts and inventory; collaborate with other departments to meet objectives.
• Lead capex justification and approval processes for the plant.
