Job summary

Georgia-Pa cific in Prosperity, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a Millwright team at our Plywood facility. You will drive plant reliability, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and manage work orders, scheduling, and PM compliance while ensuring safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Three years or more experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with parts inventory management and controls.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and approves work requests and prioritizes planning and scheduling.
• Ensures resources for planned work; controls execution and quality.
• Maintains valid work orders with required approvals for all changes.
• Upholds housekeeping and safety practices; leads safety meetings.
• Coordinates on-call rotation with Maintenance Manager and Millwrights.
• Supports Area Management Team meetings and area planning.
• Defines equipment monitoring rounds and verifies completion.
• Creates value-added work packages for down days and shutdowns.
