Veolia seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for the Burnside facility to lead maintenance strategy, drive safety and environmental performance, and coordinate capital projects with engineering and operations.

The role emphasizes enforcing SAP-based work processes, managing budgets, mentoring staff, and overseeing contractors to ensure incident investigations meet Veolia standards and continuous improvement is achieved.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical or petrochemical operations in maintenance/operations could substitute for degree.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in PSM covered operation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in development and improvement of Burnside facility for EHS and Operational Excellence.
• Improve and sustain Safety, Health, and Environmental performance of maintenance.
• Provide mentoring and guidance for direct reports and oversee training.
• Lead Maintenance Work Process and SAP utilization/improvements.
• Plan, budget, and execute bi-annual Turnarounds including contracting and cost control.
• Manage capital budgeting and small project execution, support large capital projects.
• Establish strong communications with Manufacturing Operations for maintenance coordination.
• Lead incident investigations related to maintenance events.
• Manage contractors and contract services as required.
