Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC seeks a Maintenance Manager at the Burnside facility to lead maintenance, safety and environmental performance, and to champion continuous improvement and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years supervisory experience in chemical or petrochemical operations, SAP experience, and strong collaboration with Operations, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, turnarounds and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in chemical/petrochemical maintenance/operations.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with PSM in covered operations preferred.
• HazWoper and HazMat training preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and EHS improvements at Burnside facility.
• Mentor direct reports and oversee training needs.
• Drive maintenance best practices and SAP improvements.
• Manage bi-annual turnarounds with contracting and budgeting.
• Oversee capital budgeting for small projects and support large capital projects.
