Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Production Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a highly automated environment. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, manage technicians and vendors, and ensure uptime across conveyors, automation, and facility systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience, CMMS fluency, and a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. On-site role in a large facility with regular on-call coverage.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred.
5+ years industrial maintenance experience in conveyor/material handling environments.
3+ years maintenance management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance teams.
Oversee conveyors, sortation systems, automation, PLCs, VFDs, robotics, electrical and facility systems.
Drive preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
Analyze KPIs and reliability metrics to drive improvements.
Manage budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
Ensure OSHA/environmental/safety compliance and lockout/tagout.
Support capital projects and equipment upgrades.
