Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience, strong CMMS skills, and a proactive approach to reliability and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance in conveyor/material handling environments.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance management/supervisory roles.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams.
• Oversee conveyors, sortation, automation, PLCs, VFDs, robotics interfaces, electrical systems.
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, lighting, utilities, and building systems.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs through CMMS.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and minimize operational downtime.
• Analyze maintenance KPIs and reliability metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, inventory, service contracts, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, safety, and lockout/tagout requirements.
• Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop maintenance standards, SOPs, and best practices.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and facility improvements.
