Unknown Company in an industrial setting seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facility operations within a fast-paced production environment. You will oversee a team of technicians, drive preventative maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance to maximize uptime.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with CMMS, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) certification required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience managing preventative maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, facility systems, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with maintenance metrics, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team through coaching, training, performance management, and daily work direction.
• Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs to support production goals and maximize equipment reliability.
• Maintain facility systems, utilities, and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and increasing operational efficiency.
• Track and analyze maintenance metrics including MTBF, MTTR, and other key indicators.
• Coordinate outside vendors, contractors, equipment service providers, and facility projects.
• Manage department budgets, inventory, spare parts, and maintenance-related expenditures.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize maintenance management systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and support business objectives.
