Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Experience with conveyors, robotics, automation, or material-handling systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations and technician teams.
- Prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor KPIs and equipment reliability.
- Identify opportunities to improve uptime and maintenance processes.
- Coach, develop, and hold technicians accountable.
- Partner with operations and client leadership.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
