Job summary

Advics Manufacturing Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure availability and safe operation of production assets through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will lead and develop Maintenance Technicians, supervise Maintenance Supervisors, and promote root cause analysis to improve uptime.

Responsibilities include analyzing downtime, coordinating with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Tool Room; tracking work orders; monitoring PM/PdM; providing technical support;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years related experience or Technical Associate’s degree with 8+ years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC and CNC programming and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, data collection, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine downtime issues, develop countermeasures, and monitor results.
• Use MTTR to measure maintenance effectiveness and train personnel.
• Track work orders to optimize resources and reduce open orders.
• Monitor PM and PdM effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing technical support and assist in troubleshooting equipment.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and recommend critical parts.
• Develop budgets related to machine maintenance and labor; manage mid-year adjustments.
• Review outside maintenance providers.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend capital improvement projects.
