The role emphasizes safety, leadership, coaching, and the development of maintenance personnel, with a focus on improving uptime, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 10 years maintenance experience required.
• 3-5 years in a Supervisory role.
• Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance functions.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
