Job summary

ABB is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the factory maintenance team in Ormond Beach, FL. You will plan and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability, safety, and cost efficiency, and partner with engineering and production on continuous improvement.

The role requires 7+ years in maintenance with at least 3 in supervision, a strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC fault diagnosis, plus CMMS experience (FIIX preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 7+ years maintenance experience with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing budgets over $1M.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Hands-on PLC fault diagnosis (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and motor drives.
• CMMS experience; FIIX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Minimize downtime with robust PM programs.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring failures.
• Manage CMMS data integrity and work orders.
• Mentor ECAP Champions and support ABB FAME program.
• Oversee 20 maintenance staff and safety compliance.
