Job summary

ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 20–25 maintenance staff and to drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs across the plant. You will plan, assign, and optimize maintenance tasks, ensure safety and training compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support production schedules and equipment reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, with 5–7 years in related maintenance leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in maintenance management and coordinating preventive/predictive programs.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervises 20 - 25 maintenance employees and administrative personnel.
Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
Plans and implements maintenance projects and preventive/predictive programs.
Coordinates installation or modification of equipment and writes/updates standards.
Maintains records and conducts employee performance appraisals.
Ensures safety training and policy enforcement; reviews time records and overtime.
Encourages employee participation in continuous improvement and corrective actions.
