Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery and facilities within budgetary norms.
• Lead and manage breakdown analysis and maintenance projects to reduce downtime and costs.
• Coordinate maintenance subcontractors and ensure CMMS compliance and accurate logging.
• Draw up and follow the maintenance budget and ensure adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff to maintain capabilities and compliance.
• Maintain separation of tasks to minimize fraud and ensure confidentiality.
