Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance and Reliability Team at a prime coastal location. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and reliability of plant operations through strategic maintenance leadership and asset integrity management.

You will develop preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs, supervise maintenance tasks, and drive reliability projects to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in maintenance/reliability with team management in chemical, refinery, or PSM-regulated plants.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs.
• Lead maintenance and reliability projects and monitor asset performance metrics.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions.
