Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for planning and organizing maintenance across instruments, equipment, and facilities to guarantee continuity of operations.

This role emphasizes CMMS accuracy, budget adherence, and supplier coordination to support Production. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background and at least eight years in industrial maintenance and people management, with a hands-on, analytical approach and strong coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes, people management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within qualitative and budgetary norms.
• Draft and manage the preventive maintenance plan to ensure all equipment remains in good shape and breakdowns are limited.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns; perform breakdown analyses and manage smaller maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors and CMMS logging.
• Draw up, manage and follow up the working budget; ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Develop employees and ensure cross-department collaboration; keep knowledge up-to-date.
