Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Min. 8 years of experience in Industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge on mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Knowledge of automation and control logic systems, reading and interpreting drawings and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce maintenance guidelines to support Production efficiently.
• Draft, manage, and monitor inspection and preventative maintenance plans.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns; perform breakdown analyses.
• Organize, coordinate, and track maintenance subcontractors and CMMS compliance.
• Manage budget, CAPEX projects and alignment with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Ensure smooth communication with other departments and continuous staff development.
