Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate a skilled team of Technicians across our Fort Wayne site. You will plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive maintenance, respond to downtime, and partner with Purchasing to ensure parts availability.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of manufacturing experience with utilities/ facilities/ production equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a maintenance team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of Maintenance Technicians daily based upon production schedules.
• Reviews work orders and preventative maintenance needs, considering priority, production schedules and material/parts availability.
• Develops and distributes preventative maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Ensures Work Order assignments are completed in a timely manner.
• Represents The Froneri Way of working through the operating model and core values.
