Zusammenfassung

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance, facilities, and equipment reliability across our manufacturing sites in Michigan. You will develop the maintenance team, implement TPM and continuous improvement, and partner with Production, Quality, and EH&S to maximize uptime, safety, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, TPM, and reading schematics, with hands-on leadership and a track record of delivering reliable

Qualifikationen

Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems and equipment reliability.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and direct maintenance activities.
Reading and interpreting schematics, drawings and manuals.
Experience with TPM and preventive maintenance initiatives.
Familiarity with safety, environmental, and building-code requirements.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop the maintenance team with direction, training, and feedback.
Develop and execute maintenance and reliability programs to maximize uptime.
Drive continuous improvement using lean and TPM principles.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Oversee site facilities, buildings, and infrastructure.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments.
