Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Portage, WI facility to lead plant maintenance operations, improve asset performance, and develop a high-performing team on the production floor.

This role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS optimization, and driving reliability with Kaizen and asset optimization initiatives; you will partner with engineering, production and safety teams to support growth and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of maintenance leadership in process manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and developing maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency with preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Champion continuous improvement and asset optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate contractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure execution.
• Ensure environmental, health, safety compliance.
• Maintain plant drawings, P&IDs, and maintenance records.
