You will set priorities for maintenance, manage safety programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement through capital projects and cost controls.

This role requires a high school diploma, 4+ years of relevant experience, and preferably a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements maintenance and engineering strategies to assure operational reliability.
• Accountable for maintenance performance metrics including work order completion and machine reliability.
• Supports capital expenditure projects and payback expectations.
• Develops and executes site’s preventative maintenance program.
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to implement capital investment projects.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures across the facility.
• Provides guidance on staffing, training, and performance management for the maintenance team.
• Interacts with stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve reliability issues.
