Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to manage and optimize our facilities and reliability program in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in the United States. You will drive preventive maintenance, RCA, and continuous improvement across the site, ensuring uptime and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years of leadership experience, and strong CMMS/SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
7–10 years in manufacturing maintenance, facilities and/or reliability.
5+ years leading maintenance or technical teams.
Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS platforms (SAP preferred).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations to ensure timely and safe repairs and maximize uptime via preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
Oversee maintenance systems, work orders, data integrity and reporting via CMMS/SAP.
Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, energy initiatives and facilities compliance programs.
Develop and grow the maintenance team through hiring, coaching, training and performance management.
Drive strategic maintenance programs to improve equipment performance, efficiency and safety.
