Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a senior maintenance leader to manage all aspects of the technical department, including maintenance costs, contractor maintenance, preventive maintenance, and new equipment installations.

You will build and lead a team focused on safety, quality, service, and efficiency, applying lean principles to minimize waste and increase throughput while tracking capital projects and production standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment
• Strong leadership and cost-control capabilities
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital projects

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a cohesive technical team aligned to safety, quality, service and efficiency objectives.
• Drive lean principles to maintenance processes to minimize waste and increase throughput.
• Use data collection to evaluate downtime and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain monthly maintenance and repair spend for the facility.
• Organize and track capital projects and ensure production standards are met.
