Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Coloma, MI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance, facilities, and reliability programs across the site. You will develop the maintenance team, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with operations to maximize uptime while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, a solid understanding of TPM, lean practices, and experience with electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, TPM/PM concepts, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team with direction, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement using TPM, OEE, and reliability metrics.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Oversee facilities upkeep and infrastructure.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and other departments to meet goals.
