Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Maintenance Porter – Driving at our Toledo, OH location. Responsibilities include basic facility maintenance, cleaning, and assisting customers with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 3rd shift or weekends as needed. Strong English communication and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work 3rd shift and weekends as required.
• Written and verbal English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep facilities clean.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance problems.
• Sweep entrances, exits, rails, and restrooms.
• Paint surfaces as directed to maintain appearance.
• Replace burned out bulbs.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests.
• Support customers and handle complaints with supervisor.
• Maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance.
• Operate basic equipment and tools as assigned.
