Job summary

FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Porter to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across indoor/outdoor areas of our community, with occasional weekends as needed.

You will inspect work, report to the Supervisor, and ensure safety and cleanliness. The role offers full-time benefits and a schedule Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with opportunities to assist in emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA requirements.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Cleans restrooms and maintains supplies.
• Completes daily work orders and inspects areas.
