Responsibilities

• Ensure the property maintains curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds and buildings.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouses, offices and common areas tidy, safe and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping including watering flowers.
