Ideal candidates have janitorial or cleaning experience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for several hours. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant janitorial or cleaning experience.
• Ability to perform daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Friendly demeanor and good communication.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 4–6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, hallways and common areas clean, tidy and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping, including watering of flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
