Job summary

FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Porter to perform cleaning and maintenance across indoor and outdoor areas. You will inspect work and submit reports to the Supervisor, with a schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 8am–4:30pm, and a pay of $19/hr.

This is a full-time role offering comprehensive benefits and training opportunities. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, custodial experience, and strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom care.
• Inform Supervisor of needed supplies and issues.
• Maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Complete daily work orders and maintain equipment.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
