Job summary

FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Porter to support cleaning projects across indoor and outdoor areas.

Pay is $19 per hour with a schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with Sundays and Mondays off; full benefits package offered.

You will inspect work, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with the Supervisor to ensure clean, well-maintained spaces.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Custodial/maintenance experience helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and maintenance duties across assigned areas.
• Reports supply needs to Supervisor.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Operates new equipment safely following procedures.
• Maintains sanitary supplies and equipment in good condition.
