Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Specialist II, Maintenance, to lead maintenance planning and execution for critical energy infrastructure in Texas. You will optimize equipment performance, coordinate multi-project schedules, and ensure safe, compliant operations with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in energy maintenance, a valid driver’s license, TWIC, and willingness to obtain an Operator Qualification. Competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Willing to obtain an Operator Qualification Certificate.
3+ years of maintenance experience in energy or similar.
Willing to obtain TWIC and have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work extended hours and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Develop detailed activity schedules for routine and non-routine maintenance within budget.
Oversee construction and refurbishment projects, managing resources across work packages.
Collaborate with engineering and field teams to review proposals and track progress.
Ensure work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements; analyze data for improvement.
Provide direction to contractors and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure policy compliance.
Coordinate downtime and project schedules; communicate updates to stakeholders.
