Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Equipment Analyst in the Goldsmith, TX area to improve reliability through predictive maintenance technologies and data analysis. You will work with the Reliability team to identify issues, train others, and lead troubleshooting efforts across equipment such as reciprocating engines and compressors.

The role requires 1+ year of mechanical experience, travel up to 10%, and availability to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year mechanical experience with reciprocating engines, compressors, turbines, pumps and motors.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; live within 1 hour of Goldsmith, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform machinery condition assessments using predictive maintenance technologies.
• Analyze crank angle vibration and pressure data on natural gas engines/compressors.
• Operate vibration analysis equipment and software for reliability improvements.
• Identify reliability issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with repairs and troubleshooting across Phillips 66 sites.
