Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Sr. Engineer II, Asset, to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of liquid pipelines, storage tanks, and terminal facilities across the Midstream Central Region.

The role involves technical troubleshooting, hydraulic modeling, safety compliance, and collaboration with Operations, EHS, Integrity, Reliability, and Commercial teams to drive asset strategy and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software and PSM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pipeline and terminal performance and propose improvements.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and operations.
• Develop hydraulic models and simulations for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and procedures.
• Engage in project scoping, cost estimates, and contractor selection.
