Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Field Integrity Engineer II, Midstream, based in the Houston, TX office. The role provides technical integrity support for field personnel and coordinates ILI, hydrotest activities, and anomaly investigations across Midstream assets in the region.

Responsibilities include project management of tool runs, cost forecasting, stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with CFR 49 parts 192 & 195; travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management for ILI tool runs, hydrotests, reconditioning projects, and anomaly digs.
• Forecast pipeline assessment and repair costs monthly.
• Communicate with field operations, maintenance personnel, and management.
• Coordinate schedule of ILI runs and select appropriate methods.
• Plan kick-off meetings for assessment and repair programs.
• Review ILI remediation worklists and transmittals.
• Calculate remaining pipeline strength using standard methods (e.g., B31G).
• Review and approve maintenance reports after repairs.
• Represent integrity program during audits.
