Job summary

KNAPP North America, a leader in warehouse automation, seeks a maintenance-focused professional in the United States. The role focuses on sustaining and improving maintenance processes, data integrity in CMMS, and reporting via KPI dashboards and SCADA interfaces.

You will handle planning, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts, and support plant shutdowns while collaborating with teams across functions.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others.
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them.
• Strong computer skills especially MS Excel and Access and knowledge of CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Responsible for data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance using Kisoft Analytics and SCADA.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned
