Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a maintenance professional to join our team in the United States. The role involves data entry into the CMMS, generating KPI reports, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for daily to monthly workflow insights.

You will plan maintenance activities, review spare parts stock, and manage work orders while coordinating plant shutdowns as needed. Strong communication, independent work style, and CMMS proficiency are essential, with 1–2 years in industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and direct others when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement them.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Access) and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries and promoting products and services.
• Data entry into CMMS, KPI reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel spreadsheets and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on workflow, parts usage and system performance using CMMS/SCADA tools.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department.
• Manage work orders, documentation and assets within the CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Get To Do

What You Have

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
• Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
• Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them
• Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various CMMS software

Working Conditions and Environment:

• Overtime as required by work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Occasional travel maybe required
• Professional office etiquette is required at all times
• Physical requirements may include:
• sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm's length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading
