Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking an Industrial Maintenance professional to join our team in Texas. You will perform maintenance on automated systems, enter data into the CMMS, and generate KPI reports using Excel spreadsheets.

You will plan corrective and preventive maintenance, manage work orders, review spare parts, and support plant-wide shutdowns. Strong MS Excel/Access skills and CMMS knowledge are required, with 1–2 years in maintenance and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others.
• Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of CMMS software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations and promote KNAPP products and services.
• Data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel spreadsheets and generate reports of daily, weekly, and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
