Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler in Greencastle, PA to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities. The role requires maintaining CMMS records, generating KPI reports, and coordinating parts stock and plant shutdowns for optimal operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries and promoting KNAPP’s products and services.
• Data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel spreadsheets and generate reports of daily, weekly, and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
