Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Maintenance/CMMS specialist in the United States for industrial maintenance support. You will respond to inquiries, enter data into the CMMS, and generate KPI reports using Excel, Kisoft Analytics, and SCADA.

The role includes planning maintenance, reviewing spare parts stock, managing work orders, and coordinating plant shutdowns. The position requires 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel/Access skills, and the ability to work independently while driving process

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Able to work in a self-directed manner and lead others when needed.
• Able to identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement them.
• Strong computer skills with advanced Excel and Access; knowledge of CMMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by responding to inquiries and promoting KNAPP products and services.
• Enter data into the CMMS and create KPI reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel sheets and generate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly workflow results, parts usage, and system performance using Kisoft Analytics and SCADA.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by priority.
• Review stock of spare parts in the maintenance department.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
