Job summary

Access Data Consulting Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planning Supervisor to lead the planning staff and coordinate with frontline supervisors. The role encompasses effective maintenance planning, scheduling, job preparation, materials management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support safe and efficient operations.

You will oversee daily, short-term, and long-range planning, ensure proper planning and execution, manage forecasts and cost control, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive maintenance experience, including leadership/supervisory roles.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and materials management.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Planners and planning department staff.
• Establish objectives and maintain relationships with maintenance and operations teams.
• Oversee daily, short-term, and long-range maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ensure jobs are planned, prepared, communicated, staged, executed, and followed up.
• Manage runtime forecasting, monthly planning, reconciliation meetings, and reviews.
