Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler/Planner to optimize plant operations by planning, prioritizing, and scheduling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work. You will coordinate labor, parts, tools, and documentation, maintaining CMMS records to improve equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in industrial maintenance, engineering technology, reliability, or related field.
• Five or more years of manufacturing maintenance planning/scheduling experience.
• Experience with TPM, lean manufacturing, predictive maintenance, or reliability-centered maintenance.
• Experience tracking maintenance KPIs and using data to improve PM effectiveness.
• CMRP, MMP, CRL, or comparable credential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules (weekly, daily, shutdown, long-range) based on equipment criticality and requirements.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work with scope, hours, skills, parts, tools, and downtime.
• Review work requests for completeness and route for approval and scheduling.
• Maintain CMMS data: work orders, assets, bill-of-materials, labor, parts, and completion records.
• Lead scheduling meetings and communicate schedules to affected departments.
• Monitor KPIs like backlog, downtime, PM completion; propose corrective actions.
• Support root-cause analysis and reliability improvements with data and records.
