Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Administrative Coordinator in Danbury, CT. This role supports the maintenance department in planning, organizing, and tracking activities across shifts and ensures timely communication for a 24/7 operation.

You will manage SAP/EAM records, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular maintenance reports. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in maintenance planning in a manufacturing/24/7 environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CMMS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP/EAM work orders, asset data, and PM schedules.
• Create and integrate maintenance plans in SAP/EAM.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs; schedule technicians.
