Job summary

Belimo is hiring a Production Control Coordinator at its Stratford location. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely end-to-end order movement and prioritization, serving as the first contact for operational challenges, and addressing shipping delays with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.

You will work with logistics, production, planning, purchasing, business applications, IT, and the Sparks location to manage disruptions and to troubleshoot SAP EWM related warehouse

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Operational management experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years Logistics / Automation / Manufacturing experience.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, SAP EWM and warehouse technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper prioritization of end-to-end order movement.
• Serve as the first point of contact for operational challenges related to order processing.
• Address customer service concerns, shipping delays, and intralogistics bottlenecks, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.
• Work with logistics, production, planning, purchasing, IT, and Sparks location to manage disruptions.
• Act as a key SAP EWM user, providing frontline troubleshooting for warehouse and order management issues.
