Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations at our Delmont facility. You will plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, manage the CMMS and PM program, coordinate contractors, and oversee maintenance inventory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities using a CMMS.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs and work order management.
• Experience managing maintenance inventory, spare parts, and purchasing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation, robotics, or control systems is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance work using the CMMS.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize technician efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage the site's PM program with completed and on-time performance.
• Assign and prioritize work orders with maintenance and production leadership.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and critical equipment components.
• Purchase maintenance materials and equipment through company purchasing systems.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers as on-site contact during projects.
• Track PM performance metrics and report to maintenance leadership.
• Ensure maintenance documentation, permits, inspections, and records are audit-ready.
• Partner with EH&S to maintain compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability.
