Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience planning and scheduling maintenance using a CMMS.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Experience managing maintenance inventory and purchasing processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance work using the CMMS.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize technician efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage the site's preventive maintenance (PM) program, ensuring scheduled work is completed and performance goals are met.
• Assign and prioritize work orders in collaboration with maintenance and production leadership.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and critical equipment components.
• Purchase maintenance materials and equipment through purchase orders and company purchasing systems.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers, serving as the primary on-site contact during maintenance projects.
• Track PM performance metrics and provide reports to maintenance leadership.
• Ensure maintenance documentation, permits, inspections, and records remain accurate and audit-ready.
• Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) to maintain compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
