Responsibilities include inventory management, supplier evaluation, budgeting support, and KPI reporting, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across maintenance and production teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS software (M3, mPulse, or similar).
• Experience managing MRO inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to support production and minimize downtime.
• Maintain and manage the CMMS (M3 and mPulse) with accurate work orders and maintenance records.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and process purchase orders.
• Manage MRO inventory, identify spare parts, monitor deliveries, and perform cycle counts.
• Handle purchasing for maintenance and engineering (MRO, capital equipment, blanket PO coordination).
• Source replacement parts, evaluate suppliers, and expedite deliveries.
• Support ISO compliance by maintaining calibration records for equipment.
• Monitor maintenance spending and assist in budgeting.
• Generate reports and KPIs on maintenance labor and inventory.
• Collaborate with teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
