You will manage CMMS work orders, preventive schedules, and MRO inventory while coordinating with contractors and the Purchasing team to ensure smooth plant operations. The role emphasizes collaboration across maintenance, production, engineering, and purchasing, with a focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with CMMS software (M3, mPulse, or similar).
• Experience managing MRO inventory and purchasing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to support production and minimize downtime.
• Maintain CMMS records, work orders, and maintenance schedules (M3 and mPulse).
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and process purchase orders.
• Manage plant MRO inventory and monitor deliveries and cycle counts.
• Support ISO calibration records and maintenance reporting; monitor spend and support cost control.
