Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Reading, PA seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities that maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.

This role is the central point for maintenance planning, MRO inventory management, purchasing, contractor coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning and CMMS (M3, mPulse or similar).
• Experience managing MRO inventory, purchasing, and vendors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; good communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain CMMS work orders, schedules, and records for accuracy.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and process purchase orders.
• Manage MRO inventory, including ordering, deliveries, and cycle counts.
• Perform maintenance purchases and coordinate blanket PO activities.
• Source parts, evaluate suppliers, and expedite deliveries.
• Support ISO calibration records and plant testing equipment.
• Monitor maintenance spending and assist with the MRO budget.
• Generate reports on labor, inventory, and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate across maintenance, production, engineering, and purchasing.
