Job summary

Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to organize and coordinate maintenance activities across the facility. You will develop daily, weekly, and long-term schedules, plan preventive work, and prepare accurate work orders to keep production running efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and reliability, requiring close collaboration with Maintenance and Production teams to optimize resources and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance planning or scheduling preferred.
• Experience with a CMMS or maintenance management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules.
• Review and create work orders with defined scope, priority, and costs.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and manpower for scheduled work.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet production needs.
• Ensure safety requirements and permits are integrated into every plan.
• Track maintenance performance and update records.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Production to allocate resources.
