Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to optimize maintenance work across the facility. You will coordinate Labor, materials, and equipment access to maximize productivity while controlling costs during the planning and execution of maintenance tasks.

The role requires strong organizational skills, CMMS proficiency, and collaboration with Maintenance, Production, and other functions in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year trade school or technical education preferred.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and supported departments.
• Plan and schedule major and minor maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain planned job packages, labor standards, and material libraries.
• Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance to support reliability goals.
• Procure maintenance materials within guidelines and track costs.
• Keep leadership informed of issues and opportunities for improvement.
