Pharmavite seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, shutdown, and project maintenance work at our California site. You will prepare job plans, manage labor, materials, vendors, and CMMS records to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 4–6 years in maintenance planning/reliability in manufacturing, plus an associate degree or equivalent, and strong ERP experience. Competitive total rewards apply.

Formación

• Associate degree in a technical field (industrial maintenance, engineering technology, or related).
• Equivalent combination of education, training and maintenance experience may be considered.
• 4-6 years in maintenance, reliability, planning, or related technical work in manufacturing.
• 1-3 years coordinating planned maintenance, vendors, or equipment repairs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, scope, and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, shutdown, and project maintenance work.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and CMMS records.
• Coordinate materials, services, purchasing, and cost control for planned work.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities, including scope and scheduling.
• Track maintenance performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Assist with monitoring the maintenance expense budget and safety goals.
